Lilas Abuelhawa is an associate attorney practicing in the areas of business and intellectual property. She is committed to understanding clients’ unique business objectives and strategic goals in order to provide the best representation for each matter.
Before joining Hudson Martin PC in 2023, Lilas worked for the top talent agency in Los Angeles. There, she represented various artists through contract creation, negotiations, and IP protection.
Lilas earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence for achieving top grades in Copyright Law and Community Property. Lilas served as the President of the Student Bar Association, the Law and Business Society, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She also served as the Assistant Director of the Honors Moot Court External Program and as the Symposium Editor of the High-Tech Law Journal.
Prior to law school, Lilas attended the University of San Francisco. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management with honors and a minor in Legal Studies.
Lilas lives in Marina with her two kitties, Millie and Jade.
