Teresa Bejar-Hernandez has 28 years of experience in the legal field and is a valued member of Hudson Martin’s litigation team. While Ms. Bejar-Hernandez’s depth of experience covers many areas of law, her primary focus over the course of her career has been in civil litigation and she is one of the most experienced litigation paralegals in the local legal community.
Ms. Bejar-Hernandez has experience in complex litigation and legal issues supporting business and individual clients faced with litigation across many different industries. In her role as a Litigation Paralegal Ms. Bejar-Hernandez assists clients and the Hudson Martin attorneys through the litigation and trial process. Ms. Bejar-Hernandez holds a paralegal certification from CSUMB. She is a bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and also a California licensed notary.
In her free time, Teresa loves to spend time with her family and enjoys traveling with her daughter to her softball tournaments.
