Shivangi is a Law Clerk at Hudson Martin. She takes a practical, detail-oriented approach to her work and supports efforts to deliver clear, effective, and business-focused solutions for clients. With legal education and training in both India and the United States, she brings a global perspective to her work.
She previously served as a Law Clerk at a boutique immigration law firm and contributes to the Privacy Law Section of the California Lawyers Association, writing on privacy and data protection law. Shivangi is admitted to practice law in India and has passed the California Bar Examination, with admission pending. She earned her LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, India.
When not working, she enjoys exploring her creativity and staying active through drawing, dancing, hiking, and practicing striking.
