If the Zero Tolerance Policy is violated, Hudson Martin PC reserves the right to refuse representation, terminate representation of clients, escort individuals from our premises, request assistance from authorities, and/or take any and all other legal action necessary.
Hudson Martin PC complies with all California laws related to the refusal or termination of legal representation. For the protection of our personnel and clients, the Zero Tolerance Policy is not a waiver of our right to pursue any and all legal remedies available for violation of the Zero Tolerance Policy, including but not limited to qualifying abusive behavior arising after termination of legal representation.
