Litigation Paralegal

Hudson Martin PC is looking for a litigation paralegal to join our litigation team which consists of experienced litigators, paralegals and support members.  Experience is required.  An ideal candidate will have five (5) years of litigation paralegal experience or more. There is room to grow and advance in this position.  Our litigation paralegals serve as the backbone to our team.  They manage all of the details throughout every phase of litigation through trial – including but not limited to pleadings, discovery, calendaring, assisting in depositions, exhibit preparation, witness interviews and research.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 2. High attention to detail 3. Professionalism; 4. Resourceful research and analytical skills; 5. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks; 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable adapting to new technology platforms; 6. Strong organizational skills; 7. Fluent with Court filing and service of process procedures and 8. Be a diligent hardworking team member.

HOURS & BENEFITS: This is an in office, full-time position. The compensation range is $65,000 – $100,000+ depending on experience. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance plans, life insurance and a 401k plan with employer matching contribution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years of litigation experience.
