Litigation Attorney

Hudson Martin PC is a law firm located in Carmel and Palm Desert, California. We are looking for a full-time, in-office Civil Litigation Attorney in our Carmel Office. Our litigation practice primarily involves representing our clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including the defense of wage and hour claims, contract disputes, litigation related to real property, and disputes related to intellectual property.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

1. A solid grasp of all aspects of civil litigation including pre-trial discovery, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice and counsel
2. Excellent writing skills
3. A commitment to excellent work product as to content and form
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Solid drive to learn
6. Ability to multitask

Education and Experience:

CA Bar licensed. A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment.

Hours & Benefits:

This is an in-office, full-time position in Carmel. The compensation range is $160,000- $300,000 depending on experience. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance plans, life insurance and a 401k plan with employer matching contribution.
