We are seeking a litigation Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation. Experience in both Federal and state court is a plus. A successful candidate will be team oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and have experience handling: mediations, depositions, discovery, interviewing witnesses, legal research and writing, drafting and arguing a variety of motion, making court appearances, and preparing for and participating in trials. The position manages a robust caseload and works directly with clients and senior attorneys.
Hours and Benefits: This is an in office, full-time position. The compensation range is $150,000- $300,000 depending on experience. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance plans, life insurance and a 401k plan with employer matching contribution.
Education and Experience: Minimum three years of experience. Must be CA Bar licensed.
