Letizia Badaloni is a Law clerk pending admission to the California Bar. She brings an international perspective and a strong foundation in legal research and transactional work, with a particular interest in law and technology. Letizia is committed to developing practical, detail-oriented solutions and contributing to Hudson Martin’s dedication to exceptional client service.
Originally from Rome, Italy, Letizia earned her LL.M. from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2025, where she also completed a Certificate of Specialization in Law and Technology. She passed the California Bar Examination in July 2025 and is currently awaiting admission. Prior to joining Hudson Martin, she gained experience working in the corporate team of a law firm in Rome, where she supported transactional matters and developed a solid understanding of business-oriented legal practice.
In her free time, Letizia enjoys running, hiking, swimming, and is an avid sailor. New to the Central Coast, she is excited to explore the Carmel area and take full advantage of its outdoor opportunities.
