We are seeking a business and transactional Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in representing businesses and in negotiating and drafting business transactional documents. Experience with entity formations and trademarks is a plus. A successful candidate will be solution focused, team oriented, well organized, able to work in an office, possess strong communication skills, and have demonstrated excellence in legal writing. The position manages a robust caseload and works directly with clients and senior attorneys.
HOURS & BENEFITS: This is an in office, full-time position. The compensation range is $150,000- $300,000 depending on experience. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance plans, life insurance, a 401k plan with employer matching contribution.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years’ experience. Must be CA Bar licensed.
